Friday Night Fresh is a way to celebrate Shabbat in a totally new light.
By supporting local growers and area business we participate in strengthening our community. Our crafted menu will include ingredients from local farms and beverages from NY/local wineries and craft breweries. After dinner we will usher in the spirit of Shabbat by singing Birkat HaMazon followed by a Shabbat song session. Open to the community.

Here is a look at the vegetarian menu:

Squash Soup
Roasted Root Vegetables with Thyme
Goat Cheese and Mushroom Tart
Zucchini and Potato Bake
Pasta and Wild Asparagus & other Seasonal Vegetables
Kale Blueberry Salad
Tomato, Basil and Herb Salad
Dessert: Peaches and Cream and something Chocolate (of course!)
